With over 20 years experience in recruitment and a passion for leadership hiring in the sector, Tim delivers every assignment with precision. He leads the search process, partnering closely with clients to define needs and with candidates to ensure they get a chance to show who they really are. He assesses candidates objectively, and builds shortlists that challenge and inspire.
Claire Phillips
Claire is the commercial lead for Ultimate Search, combining over 20 years of financial services recruitment experience with a straight-talking, results-driven approach. She leads client relationships, ensuring every search begins with clarity, purpose, and a deep understanding of what great looks like for each business.
