With over 20 years experience in recruitment and a passion for leadership hiring in the sector, Tim delivers every assignment with precision. He leads the search process, partnering closely with clients to define needs and with candidates to ensure they get a chance to show who they really are. He assesses candidates objectively, and builds shortlists that challenge and inspire.
